"About Abbey": Abbey has been a licensed massage therapist for 6 years. She graduated in early 2005 from Iowa College of Natural Health in Ankeny, Iowa. Abbey became a massage therapist because she wanted to apply her services and skills to enhance clients overall health and well-being. Abbey specializes in deep tissue, trigger point therapy, myofascial, foot/hand massage, prenatal/infant massage, sports, warm bamboo, reflexology, and chair/corporate massage. She has been recognized in her career for "Regional Therapist of the Year" and ''Most Requested Therapist."
''Benefits of Massage": "Some essential benefits of massage that Abbey can help achieve include: increase circulation and elasticity of the skin, improve joint movement, increase red cell production, help speed up recovery from tired and fatigued muscles, enhance oxygen levels and waste removal, increase metabolism and digestion, increase nerve impulses in the body that help speed up response time(faster reaction), increases blood and lymph flow, enhance deeper breathing, and helps decrease swelling and adhesions post surgery."
